Working personally and virtually for many people is great, and we love the variety and challenges this brings.

Sometimes, keeping up-to-date with what Sandy and Jane are doing is quite a task – but thankfully with good organisational skills, great communication and shared access calendars on mobile applications, it is achievable.

So, what have we been up-to?

Monday & Tuesday – Sandy has been working with the Smart Villages project team at Cambridge University for two days. With a large Agenda, and much to discuss around the overseas visitors itinerary and future workshops and ventures, it was a busy two days.

Jane was busy updating the web pages, blogging, and preparing diaries for the forthcoming fortnight, which was full of early morning meetings! – Alarm set…..

Tuesday – Frome Business Breakfast at The Archangel, Frome, was a great event – one for the forward plan diary!

Wednesday – A busy day in Corsham for Jane, starting at Corsham Chamber Breakfast hosted by Chris Pattemore, Sales Director at Park Lane Press which was fascinating! Short drive to the offices of the Corsham Institute at Hartham Park, and a chance meeting with Dave Martin, CEO of Corsham Town Council (we had a great chat about the filming of Poldark in the High Street, Corsham)

Sandy has been checking out venues and work space for clients and has had a tour of the capacious facilities at Grangeside Business Support Centre, followed by a meeting with the Director, Hans Tober – what a great office facility right on our doorstep here in Hilperton.

Thursday – There was a lot to catch up on at our team meeting – and still more to plan – we are busy and loving it!

The research project for our Salisbury client continues, along with Secretariat functions for the Swindon & Wiltshire LEP – don’t you just love Doodle?

Final travel, accommodation, chauffeur arrangements made and itinerary set for our overseas VIP’s is complete – very exciting.

Friday – busy catching up on minutes from meetings earlier this week, scanning diary and refreshing for next week – Job done!
